The server Victoria was awesome! We had pizzas. Do not remember which ones- only the meat lover pizza. All were great. Celebrating a birthday and I had a fantastic time.

Whenever I eat at Nicolosi's I always get the baked raviolis. I love the sauce- one of the better gravy's I've had besides my own family's. This trip we picked up a pizza to go for my wife's birthday. The meat lovers (I believe it's called or something similar). So many toppings and cheese was perfect.

Service was wonderful and the food was great. It has been awhile since we visited. We had a torpedo, Chicken Parmesan sandwich, and a Meatball sandwich. All were great. Want to go back and try a pizza.

Our Story

Our Story
It all started when Salvatore Nicolosi emigrated from Sicily to America in 1906. Salvatore and his wife, Francesca, opened their first restaurant in 1952 in Mission Hills, and with that, it became an instant success. After Salvatore passed in 1954, the restaurant was taken over by his family. As the restaurant grew in popularity, their desire to expand brought many new locations and even San Diego’s first delivery location featuring three Yamaha motorcycles with boxes on the back to transport pizzas.
